Ye paimana ik umr se hathoN me tha
LaboN ko chune ka jigar na ban pata tha,
Kai baar himmat karta or ..Jaane !
Kis-kis ki ruswaaiyon se dar jata tha,

UngliyaN thakne lagi thi, ik umr
Ye 'uljhan-e-piyaala' uthane se,
Rangat tak jaane lagi thi, ey nashe
ik umr tujhe, garm hawaoN me ghumaane se,

Chal aaj aazaad karta hooN
'Ey Nashe' tujhe apne khayaloN se,
Le ulat di hamne teri chaahat
Ey haseeN 'Sharaab' in piyaaloN se.

Chaand

Ye na thi hamaari kismat, ke wisaal-e-yaar hota,
Agar or jeete rehte, uooNhi intzaar hota.

Khushi hui dost ke aapko ye post pasand aai, or shukriya jo aaplog mera waqt be waqt hausla barhate rehte haiN, or ye sab aaplogoN ki hi encouragement hai ke mai kuchh likh paata hooN.
