Zindagi bhar ka yeh gum hai mujhe.
woh milkar bhi na mila hai mujhe...

Aaina jab bhi mein dekhta hoon.
uska chehra nazar aata hai mujhe...

Raat bhar neend nahi aati.
yaad woh aata bahaut hai mujhe...

'Saakib' bhoolja ab woh nahi tera.
baat itni si kyu samajh nahi aaye mujhe...

Zindagi bhar ka yeh gum hai mujhe.
woh milkar bhi na mila hai mujhe...
