As the impact of constant exposure to computer screens and laptops on health is being studied , it has long been established that this habit will will take a heavy toll on the eyesight of the people ,specially children. it is being forecasted by US FDA that eye care costs will spiral and people will spend more than 80 billion dollars globally by 2025 from the present 25 billion dollars annually worldwide.

But a larger concern has risen now. A new study in France conducted by a team of medical scientists and Doctors lead Dr . Carl Shelms ,has brought to light a new mental disorder .

Due to the internet work being done in roman script primarily, even though the language may not be English , this mental disorder has risen.
Dr. Carl Shelms says ‘I found an inordinately large number of children with ethnic minorities ,suffering from colour delusions and inability to differentiate between the roman utterance and letter ‘p’ and ‘m’.

It is assumed by Dr.Carl that this malaise arises out of using roman script for non English communication purposes. This he says creates a confusion in the mind which may permanently harm the brain causing a chronic medical condition.
