What is Love?

hello all out there,
have you all ever thought what is love? i thought about it a lot and came to this conclusion which came out in a form of a poem, read it and enjoy it ,,, if you ppl can create your own love poem,


I sit and wonder what it truely is
That feeling many can't explain,
But as I close my eyes,
It seems to come to me
And I begin to realize what love is

Love is the warmth of a lover
On a cold bitter night

It's what you feel after making-up,
After a long and meaningless fight

It's the comfort of a mother,
When you need it the most

The fight of a true friend
To always be there to listen

What brings on the tears
When you lose someone that has earned your trust

It's those little things you'd do
Just to see someone smile

The laughter you share with someone on the phone,
After hours with no end in sight

Love's when you feel that person can do no wrong
And everything will be alright

It came to me in that instance
And it made me smile
At that moment I realized I wasn't alone
Even though some have left
My love for them is not gone

The night is still young
In my heart a bell has rung
Feel like singing a song
And dancing with it all along

The cool wind blowing clear
Singing a song in my ears
The trees dancing with it
Enjoying every moment of it.

Oops! My heart skipped a beat
‘Why? What has happened?’
‘I don’t know’ says my mind
‘Maybe it’s fallen for it’

‘What is it?’ I ask myself.
‘Its love’ said my mind
‘No it can’t be’ I said to myself.
‘Wouldn’t I know when I am in love?’

‘Well you tell me?’ said my mind
‘What do you call love?’
‘It’s…, well I can’t say. ‘Is this love?’
‘Well yes, this is love, my friend.’

I had posted it long time back

But just remembered it readign ur words...

Wll i still wanna know what love is....

Hey Kevin and Rohin

wish i could enlighten both of you what love you . i guess both of you have given different versions of the same joy. its an experience that no two people feel the same- like our fingerprints-- no two people can see love the same way. I guess it would need to be really experienced to be understood. its runs deep and very often it takes years and countless experiences before we really and inherently understand what LOVE actually is.

so keep writing and keep inspiring people. Man!!! I do envy you guys for being able to write like this. wish I could too. take care
