achcha lamha mere chaukhat par tikta nahi
dukhon ko shayad koi aur darwaza dikhta nahi

khairaat kar dete hum apni saari kamaayi
afsos sachcha pyar bazaron mein bikta nahi

sahte rahe unke diye hue hum sare zakham
jane kyun ye zulum ka silsila rukta nahi

kaash mere anchal mein simat jate sare dard
khaa kar nayi chot har baar dil dukhta nahi

aye khuda kaisi himmat bakshi tune 'pari' ko
bewafai paa kar bhi pyaar uska jhukta nahi
