Kab se uljha hua huN pata bada de aye zindgagi,
Ek baar apne aagosh meiN chipa de aye zindagi.

Har mor per khare haiN kyon andheroN ke saye,
Mujhe raushni se sirf ek baar mila de aye Zindagi.

Baree bheer hai per dikhe koi apna nahi yahaN ,
Mujhe humsafar ka haath thama de aye Zindagi.

Safar hai bahut kathin aur tehri meri rahguzar,
Mujhe mere manzil ka rasta bata de aye zindagi.

Kohra hai chaya her taraf manzil ho gayee ozal ,
Sirf Ek bar umeed ki kiran dikha de aye Zindagi.

Chalna hai bus is safar meiN tum yuN chalte raho,
Mujhe mere safar ka falsafa bata de aye Zindagi.

Is daur dhoop meiN mujhko mile kitne ajnabee ,
Tu Sawal aur jawab ka fansala mita de aye Zindagi.


khone Pane ki daur mein yun uljha hai har bashar ,
Isee kashmeqash mein kat raha Zindagee ka safar.
