Jab-jab apne dil per maine, naya koi zakhm khaya hai,
Tasveer ko teri choom ker apne, seenay se lagaya hai!

Bekaar hai poochna ishq mein maine, kya khoya kya paya hai
K jawaban hamesha labon pe mere, sirf tera he naam aaya hai!

Saroor kya aur madhoshi kya, tere ishq ne mujhe dikhaya hai,
Ghamon ki tapti dhoop se saya, teri zulfon mein maine paya hai!

Hathon pe tere gehri mehndi dekh ker, dil mera muskaaya hai,
Shukr khuda ka ye gawahi de raha, k ishq mera ranglaaya hai!
