Say 5 things about sdc mods...both positive and negative comments are most welcome. .

1) salute to those mods who give their time to SDC as 'time is the most costliest investment one can do'. kayi mods hain jo bahot zyada effort kar rahe hain to keep SDC alive.
2) kuch mods ka apporach towards members is commendable thats why we keep coming back even after deciding to quit.
3) kuch mods sirf naam ke mods hai kabhi SDC par nazar aate hi nahi.
4) kuch mods threads par reply karenge par authoritatively not because they want to see you progress
5) kuch mods bakhoobi guide karte hain members ko to improve as a writer

kya tumko lagta hai ke saare mods apna kaam theek se kar rahe hain?

Suggest few things that can be done to make this place better.
More competitions - maybe team bana kar jaha mods lead karege teams ko (shayri, antakshri, puzzles, quizes)
