Sardi ki jhil-mil dhoop ho..
Baarish ki pehli boond ho..
Dhalti shaam k suraj ka sukun ho..
Andheri raat mein chandni ki thandak ho..

Mere liye bahut khaas ho...
Apno se bhi zyada apne ka ehsaas ho..
Har pal jo leti hu wo saans ho..
Ek bacche ki hasi waali mithaas ho..

Mere haathon ki lakeeron mein..
Chup ke rehne wala ek naam ho..
Mere sabkuch ho aur mere kuch bhi nahi..
Jiska jawab hi nahi wo sawaal ho..

Meri mehendi ka khila khila rang ho..
Meri hasi ka meetha meetha ang ho..
Kabhi kabhi aakhon ka pani bhi ho..
Meri udaasi ki kabhi kahani bhi ho..

Jo meri yaadon mein ab sada ke liye hai..
Mann mein tasveer jiski har pal ke liye hai..
Meri duaon ka asar ho tum..
Mere vishwaas ki har pehar ho tum..

Ab aur kya kahu tumko..
Alfaaz khatam se ho gaye..
Meri dhadkan jitne kareeb hai mere..
Bas dhadkan se bhi zyada kareeb ho tum........
